Welcome to AZA! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and services. By using AZA, you agree to these Terms.

By creating an account and using AZA, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our application.
2. Eligibility

You agree to use AZA only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any features at any time without prior notice.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
AZA offers paid services processed through:
- T-Bank (Internet acquiring)
- Sberbank (Internet acquiring)
- Stripe
All payments are non-refundable unless required by law. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of AZA, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by AZA and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the content you create and share through AZA, but you grant us a license to use, modify, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using AZA, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. AI Chat and Content
Our AI chat assistant is provided for informational and entertainment purposes. The AI-generated content:
- Should not be considered professional advice
- May not always be accurate or complete
- Is generated based on algorithms and training data
- Should not replace professional consultation
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AZA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your actions may cause legal liability
- Your behavior harms other users
- We are required to do so by law
You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the app or via email. Your continued use of AZA after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
